Chelsea was great at her job and was very professional. She went out of her way to make my diabetic shoe fitting go smoothly beginning with the initial visit of choosing the type of shoe, right through the measuring process and finally fitting my shoes. Great job Chelsea. The ladies at the front desk did a great job contacting my doctor multiple times to get the proper information that was needed. My doctor dropped the ball several times. Thank you all for a great and comfortable experience at your office and for your hard work.

If I could give them zero stars I would! My foot doctor referred me to this group for foot orthotics. I was contacted by the Saunders office staff before leaving my foot doctor's office and told my insurance would not cover the orthotics because "they never do". They are listed as a In-Network provider with my insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield). After multiple calls between my insurance representatives, myself and the office staff at Saunders, I was told I would have to pay for the orthotics out of pocket and get reimbursed myself from the insurance company so I made an appointment. However, 2 hours before my appointment, Mr. Saunders called me to again go over the insurance issue, stating that my insurance did not cover the orthotics. He stated that I needed to have my insurance company provide him with written proof that the orthotics were covered. He instructed me to go ahead and come to my appointment. A representative from my insurance company contacted the owner (Brett Saunders) prior to my appointment and explained that I was covered and was "allowed two Orthotics per year regardless of diagnosis" and sent him the written proof of the coverage but he insisted he wanted more proof. I even offered to pay up front and get reimbursed myself but because it would still go through my insurance he would not accept my payment. I drove 14 miles to my appointment to only be told again that I would need to make another appointment so that he could get written proof of my coverage (which as I stated, he already had). Not only have I wasted a great deal of my time and the money on gas, I also am still out my much needed orthotics and will be further delayed in getting them. I assume since orthotics aren't a big priced item like prosthetics, etc. Mr. Saunders didn't want to bother with me.

Brett Saunders fitted an “Air Boot” (a type of soft cast) for my cracked shin. Brett was courteous and attentive, taking the time to demonstrate the boot’s donning and adjustment, both to me and my wife.

The practice as team was very proffessional and courteous.

Chelsea, another team member also provided excellent support in a subsequent adjustment.

I highly recommend this practice based on my two experiences.

Treated very well by Dr. Saunder and his knowledgeable staff. Nice comfortable office and display racks of shoes. I very much like the Anodyne line of shoes, never heard, or seen them before. They will be my new line of footwear since I'M getting younger. And now my 🐕's will feel better. And maybe I can do a little 🏃ING.

Do not keep foam foot molds for future needs you may have or needing new replacement orthotics etc
