I love documenting wedding days at this Vineyard. It is such a beautiful venue that offers so many options to capture one of a kind images from all of the different outdoor locatons to the covered ceremony site with a view of the vineyard . If you're looking for a venue that offers a sophisticated vibe in a rustic setting this is the one and I can't wait to capture our next wedding there.

We stopped here while on vacation and absolutely adored it! What a beautiful large property. They have a tri-level deck/patio and stunning areas for weddings/events, or to even simply take a stroll with a glass of wine. We ordered a meat lovers pizza (I believe it was $18 and all of their pizzas are 16"). Highly recommend!

Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding venue could not have been better or more convenient! Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery has it all from attentive, kind and helpful staff, beautiful grounds, stunning ceremony spaces with rain options, well-stocked decor closest, and a gorgeous, newly expanded event center space that was perfect for the cocktail hour and reception on wedding day as well as the rehearsal dinner the night before! Two exquisite airbnbs on property provided a fun space for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen to be able to stay on property.

We loved having fewer vendors to work with and details to cover since Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery checked so many boxes or us from decor, linens, china, silver and a wonderful beverage/bar menu with full service. My overall reason for the 5 star review goes to the staff and owners for accommodating us so well when we experienced an extreme jump in heat the week of the wedding. They did everything they could to ensure that our bride and groom and their guests were safe and comfortable. Wish I had a 6th star to give! Thank you Sassafras!

Had a great time here. I got their sweet wine flight and loved the flavor. Was kind of sad for the amount and it being served in plastic oz. cups for the price. Great exterior atmosphere. We also got a Supreme pizza, that was bland and gave us food poisoning and was pricey as well.

Perfect spot for a fun night out and a different experience. The winery is beautiful and the venue space is set in a beautiful area. There is a huge outdoor space that is shaded and has fans in the summer nights. They have live music, make great pizza and have snack charcuterie platters. Definitely a place you don’t want to miss. Reservations are accepted for parties of six or more.
