The customer service is terrible. We had to withhold money from this company just to get answers from them about warranty, specifications, submittals and product information because the sales and project management team is non responsive. I have called and emailed the sales rep with no answer. I have called the company but after so many rings the line hangs up. They take your money, send you the product and you have to cross your fingers that it is what you paid for. Terrible company to work with, I do not recommend purchasing their products unless you want to be ghosted like a date from Tinder.
