Where to start? This duo is such an amazing and caring couple, and they really go above and beyond for their customers! I had been in before and just picked up a couple of smaller plastic pieces, but this morning I had a production emergency for an upcoming art show and came in first thing. I actually called before they were even open, and I think they could sense the anxiety in my voice because they were so accommodating. When I tell you that Santa Monica Plastics SAVED the day, I really mean it! I needed like a billion rods and tubes in all different colors, and they even cut everything for me in different sizes and shapes, going above and beyond by polishing everything so it was ready for my studio visit later that day. I had a meeting at 12 PM, and it was so stressful, but I came in at 10 AM and they had everything done so quickly. My meeting went so well, but I needed even more rods, so I came back later that day. Again, they were just so efficient, amazing, and caring. They even kept a meticulous track of which color was which so I would know how to find that color again if I needed it so many other things, I didn’t even think about, how to keep the plastic free of scratches and other things I didn’t even consider.

The prices were better than anything I would’ve found online and it was great to be in person to be able to feel everything and make sure that it was the right texture and size that I needed. They were so accommodating, making sure that I got exactly what I needed, and even gave me the supplies to polish the rods myself at a later time on the house. They make you feel like family there! I only have amazing things to say about the experience, and I will be back ASAP! Thank you Santa Monica plastics !

We inquired about a last minute fabrication need and they responded immediately, then worked tirelessly to try to accommodate us. While we weren’t able to work with them this time for no fault of their own, we wanted to leave a glowing review because their care and communication throughout the process was top tier. They provided a level of customer service that is rare and exceptional. You can tell they take pride in what they do and will go the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend! We will be coming back in the future for any needs we have in their areas of expertise.

Incredible service! I put in my order around 3:30 pm and they had my custom cut acrylic sheets ready by 5pm! Claudia was extremely helpful and there to answer all my questions, emails, and calls. I will definitely be using Santa Monica Plastics for my future acrylic needs.

Customer Service lady told me what she couldn't do anything for me before I even shared the details of the task... Finally I had to interrupt her and say that I can give you the mold of the seat. I just need your company to make a newer plastic version of it. All she repeated was that she can't help SMH. Waste of time and didn't even attempt to talk me threw it, refer me to someone, or lead me in the right direction. Just a bunch of nothing.
