Extremely convenient fish processing service. I called Kelly from the dock and he showed up before I had the boat on the trailer. Super cool dude and his customer service is top notch. He handled everything from removing the fish from the bag to processing it. 30 minutes later my processed and vacuum sealed fish was ready. No meat went to waste. I highly recommend Fast and Easy Mobile Fish Processing.

This place is AWESOME! Kelly the owner is such a incredible and personal guy. I had to catch a flight at 9:30am, boat got in at 6:00am. Kelly was waiting at dock, rushed my fish to his shop cut, vacuum sealed, packed in coolers with icepack and then boxed that and had sticker labeled for flight in 1 hour! INCREDIBLE! 165LBS tuna BOOM! This should be the only place in town! Talked to other processors before trip and got the run around. I know a local who gave me his number. THANKS KELLY! Oh and free t-shirt.?THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! WHAT A PROFESSIONAL.
BTW, I hunt and fish all over and use these services regularly. In 60 years have never received this quality of service. Kelly said it best, "I LOVE MY JOB!"

These guys do a great job! I used them last year and will be using them again in a couple weeks. They were fast and the packaging is terrific! Their labeling makes it easy to see what kind of fish I’m pulling out for dinner. I just finished up what I had in the freezer from last year and it was still amazing!

Amazing customer service, highly recommend! They were waiting to pick up our fish immediately upon arrival at the dock. They processed our fish quickly and it was very nicely sealed and labeled. When I was loading up my cooler, Kelly asked if I would like to take some extra bluefin home with me. I was super bummed we didn't catch any tuna on my recent trip, so that totally made my day!! Thank you for your kindness, I'll be a repeat customer.

Don't do too many reviews but these guys deserved it. After much frustration and poor customer service at other processors I gave San Diego Fish Processing a try. Glad I did. Excellent customer service and meticulous filet job Husband and wife owners, Brett and Jamie Allen, were super friendly and accommodating. My go to from now on. Great job guys!

How do I define quality service when it comes to handling my fish? It's San Diego Fish Processing. It's not always easy to find companies that bring value to my hard-earned money and provide me the service I deserve. I've used this company several times and the level of service is always excellent.
