Woman in customer service just hung up the phone on me and was no help. I was hoping to get some technical advice and I only asked the one question. This is 2025... there are a thousand companies making holster products. I'll find one with better customer service.

I initially ordered a left handed holster and was sent a right handed due to a website issue where both holsters were showing the same sku numbers. I decided I wanted a different holster and started an exchange, I was told to put my return number on the box and ship it back to them (which I had to pay to ship back even though they sent me the wrong holster) and once they got it they'd process it and get the correct holster on the way. Tracking info shows the return has now been sitting at their facility for two weeks, I have spoken to now four people on the phone for what the hold up is and I have just now learned by the fourth phone call that the return process can take up to 14 business days (the previous person I spoke to assured me it would be escalated and taken care by end of day.... two days ago). I've only spoke to one person that didn't seem like they just wanted to rush off the phone to not have to deal with an upset customer even though they've dropped the ball on literally every aspect of my order. At this point I will never order directly from safariland ever again. They messed up my order, I had to pay to ship it back, didn't tell me the time frame could take 14 days, then treat me like I'm a dumb ass for not knowing this. If you're going to order a safariland holster DO NOT order directly from them if you can avoid it

The holster I exchanged for was almost 20 dollars cheaper than the one I originally ordered, I get a follow up email telling me to complete the exchange order I have to call in and pay a balance difference of 15 dollars. Why does a cheaper holster cost even more money out of my pocket? I called in and asked what math they were using to come up with this just to find out multiple people have worked on this order and they somehow managed to drop the ball yet again thinking I owed them more money. Now I have to wait for them to calculate the refund they owe me to ship the holster. I started the exchange process on 10/23, it is now 11/22 and if they figure this out by end of day I might get my holster before Thanksgiving. This shouldn't take a month, I shouldn't have to call in and speak to now 5 different people that gave me either incorrect information or left information out. If you want a safariland holster, order it through a different retailer.

After my 3rd bad experience with Safariland I feel inclined to finally write a bad review.

Don't get me wrong, Safariland makes the best holsters in the industry, love all the ones I own, and I own a lot.

BUT, I don't know if Safariland is a garbage company or what, because everytime I call, customer service sounds like they are dead inside and basically unhelpful.

I needed a holster semi quick. Found what I needed. The website literally said in stock ships from warehouse in 2 days.
I call in 1 week, CS said shipping delay. I call 2 weeks later, CS tells me it takes 21 days craft the holster it will be here in August some time.

I don't know who lied or had wrong info, or how out of date the website was, but y'all need to keep your website info up to date. If you say in stock ships in 2 days, I expect that. If it takes a whole month to craft plastic.....fine, but you need to make sure the listing states as much.

These constant bad experiences with CS, and insane shipping times make me question future orders.

If you want to feel like a slave and feel used and than get fired I would recommend to work here. Also the materials are cheap and locks aren’t always working. If you want a good quality holster and 100% secure buy a T-Rex or bravo Concealment.

Quality Control is trash. Ordered a Holster and Mag Carrier a couple weeks back. Package came today. Packing slip says the package contained both items. NOPE!!! Just the Mag Carrier. So, now I have to jump through hoops to get ahold of Customer Service because apparently they're always too busy helping other customers. Save yourself the hassle and just go with Vedder.

Buyer Beware!! I had an Issue with a Military Holster 84/92 that I purchased new.When I spoke to a customer service agent by the name of Jackie at Safariland in Jacksonville FL and explained my problem she said to send her photos and she took my email address. I waited for her to contact me which she never did. I then called the California office and spoke to a gentleman who told me he would resend her all my info as it was best for me to deal with the original person which I started my complaint. I still haven't heard from anyone either from Galco or Safariland regarding this matter, they all just brushed me off. That's pretty sad considering I spent $86.00 for this Holster which lacks the quality control that would be expected from a company like Safariland and Galco. Net time I purchase a holster I'll take my business elsewhere....
