Their sales staff is helpful and wonderful!

Staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was impeccable, from the text and automated phone call 2 days prior to confirm the delivery window (on the 4th of July even), to a call from delivery person Wyatt with a 10-minute heads up on his arrival.
The only suggestion might be for when patrons are actively browsing in store: perhaps a reversible wristband system with 2 colors to indicate “just browsing” or “would like assistance.” Another option might be the restaurant guest-waiting system in reverse, where patrons can buzz staff if there’s questions or they’re ready to discuss purchasing. The check-ins are nice, though not everyone enjoys them while they’re ruminating.

Sadler’s Sterling is exceptionally helpful and hospitable. They communicate when your furniture is available and help load it into your vehicle with a smile. It’s amazing!!!
Our family will continue to support local businesses on the Kenai due to this and other businesses wonderful customer service. This business and many others are worth the drive from Seward!

I had an excellent experience selecting mattresses and bedroom sets at Sadler’s Sterling location. Staff member Nancy was very knowledgeable about each piece and set of furniture. She spent a lot of time helping rearrange tables, chairs, pillows, etc to let me test out different looks for each room I needed to furnish. She has a great idea for good design, which I’m not all that good at. She was hilarious, warm, and friendly, and offered excellent options based on what I described I needed. I look forward to going back to buy some end tables and lighting with her help. My furniture will be shipped later this week, so I can’t review that yet. However, my rep was awesome. Thank you, Nancy!
