I ordered 30 pieces of what were supposed to be aluminum flatbars.

I paid for the material, and they said they would not have the material until a day or two later.

When I picked up the material, it was cut into metal flatbars. The material was already paid for, and they said they could not return them or exchange for aluminum as they "didn't hear me" say I wanted aluminum.

$1250 dollars could not be exchanged for correct material nor refunded.

I said okay, filed a dispute with the bank, and came back to purchase aluminum, and they said I was not allowed to shop there anymore.

I was not rude to any of the staff when I recieved metal nor when they told me I could not come back.

I simply asked why I could not come anymore and the guy said because I had sold the metal pieces online and filed a dispute.

I guess they wanted me to do absolutely nothing about the whole situation.

Terrible customer service.

I purchased some materials from this place recently, as I have in the past.

Unfortunately, this time, I had to deal with CHRIS.
Talk about a self absorbed individual!

I understand that selling metal is an important job, but geez, Chris!, does having this job really make you feel way more superior than others, especially those who own their own businesses and are purchasing metal from you?!!!

Remember, S&K Owner, your business is only as good as your worst employee!

Decent fabrication abilities. It's a little pricey for just buying steel. This place is more fabrication oriented than supplier.

I picked up an old camping trailer frame for a couple hundred bucks to build up into a flatbed/small car hauler. Knew I needed a lot more steel to make it solid. Dealing with these guys by phone and over email was easy. Prices seem to be identical to what was online, without hundreds extra to ship. Crew there was helpful in getting everything loaded safely. I didn't actually have any fabrication or anything done, so can't speak to that. But as far as buying material they were good
