After having had a bad experience with another fabricator/installer, we were in a tough spot to find someone to do our rails on a really short deadline. We got in touch with Andrey and his team, and he shuffled around his work schedule to be able to accommodate our timeline. They were very prompt in responding, are extremely professional, and do very high quality work. Our stairs are quite tricky to make open sided handrails for, but they came out and took very precise measurements. They then put together a shop drawing and went over the plans with us, where we went through some back and forth very quickly to finalize the style. From there, they were at our place 3 days later doing a test fit with the materials already fabricated. 3 more business days later, and they installed our rails, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Outside of their craftsmanship, they are also just genuinely great people. They work with you instead of talking at you, and a great example of this came up with our project. We didn't want any welding to be done in the house because the touchups would be noticeable, and we didn't want to have any through bolts used to attach the different sections of the railing (our space can't accommodate a single piece installation). With that in mind, they suggested we use a sleeve with a flange that installs into it, and the result was really well done and very clean. The whole time they worked in our house, they put on little booties to make sure they didn't track in dirt, and they put down blankets etc to make sure they didn't scratch the floors. When test fitting, they put down cardboard to make sure the stair treads were also not damaged.

Overall, I just can't say enough good things about these guys, and I will be going back to work with Andrey and his team for other projects we are considering around our house!

We searched for a long time trying someone who could do a custom gate and fence for us. Finally Ruiz Iron Works was recommended to me, I emailed them a picture of what I was looking for. They quickly responded, letting me know it was something that they could do. I was very impressed in the professional manner in which we were treated, they were always very prompt with responding to us and accommodating to all of our needs. Equally important is they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! Something that you rarely see these days. There were a few minor problems with the installation as can happen, what doesn’t often happen is they quickly fixed everything exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend Ruiz Iron Works, they are one of the few truly professional companies that I have worked with in a very long time.

Ruiz Iron Works made 2 hand rails for my house. I am a general contractor an I understand the difference between good and great. They did a great job with both the rail design and the installation. The installers were very professional, showed up on time and left the work site clean. I would hire them again if need be.

Ruiz Iron Works just finished installing a new railing on our TREX deck. We could not be more pleased with their work during the fabrication phase to the install which they just finished today. They worked with us on our custom design, And explained the recommended coatings to preserve the beauty of their fine craftsmanship. From start to finish every detail that they promised they delivered. They were the second bid on our project ,the first Company quoted us almost twice the price we paid Ruiz . The first company offered very few details about what they would do for their much higher price. We would certainly use Ruiz Iron works again. They were so easy to work with and our new railing looks great.
