Our appliance technician arrived promptly and was courteous and informative.

After asking a few questions and test running the dishwasher, our tech was able to determine why the unit wasn’t draining.

Tech has formed us that replacement pump will be available for delivery next week and we shld expect a call re scheduling shortly.

I’m very pleased with the service and recommend their service.

My original appointment was like 9:30-11 AM, then it got changed to 11-12:30 and then the repair guy showed up at about 10 AM. That's the only reason I don't give 5 stars.

Chris was very knowledgeable about my LG washer problem and knew right where to go and how to get difficult plastic pieces off without breaking them. He diagnosed the problem quickly and said he didn't mind if I watched over his shoulder. He even put up with all my rookie questions! The price for his knowledgeable estimate was very reasonable. Next time I'll pay for a 5 year warranty from Home Depot!

My dryer quit working over the holidays. I called Ruffoni's 9 AM this morning and he said they could be here today.They called back a while later, giving me the two hour window for service. Andrew was here right on time, the beginning of the two hour window. He diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate for repair. Completely professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have provide service in my home. I recommend Ruffoni's and Andrew highly!

I was in need of replacing my inherited high end range due to inconsistent heating. I visited the local big box store, and the long time local appliance store. In both places it seemed I had the choice of super high end or very basic stoves.

At Ruffoni’s Home Appliance I was greeted immediately when walking into the showroom. After explaining my needs I was shown a few options and found just what I had in mind. A reasonably priced range with options like convection and airfrying. They sent a technician out to verify my measurements at my request, and I bought a range I am sure I will love for years to come.

Chris came and was wonderful. He checked both the washer & dryer & could find nothing wrong with either. I certainly breathed a bit better. Andrew was on time and very professional. He identified himself and was very neat. He was able to solve the problem but he had to order the part. He left the area clean, the same condition he found it. Hopefully with the new part, the stove will work perfectly.
