I love our local butcher shop. Always great prices, friendly staff, full inventory. Weekends and afternoons are pretty packed but worth the wait.

Dec. '24 I stopped in, it wasn't busy. Tyler C. helped me get my chicken order and I kept asking for "the largest/nicest" pieces and he did a great job picking out the best cuts. I appreciate his attention to detail and friendliness.

If you're going to buy meats in the Redding area definitely check out R&R first.

Excellent selections of seafood and meat, (did not check for poultry.) Smoked salmon delicious, although a bit salty. A small section for misc groceries/produce to help keep errands to one stop. Safeway really close if they don't have what you need. Good parking, convenient location, nice staff. Will definitely go back.

Today we bought a package deal 1st time. Their meat counter is amazing. C.J. is the one who helped us with the order. He was kind, polite, asking us what we would like not him telling us this is what you get. His knowledge on the cuts of meat is spot on. Excellent communication and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks C.J. See you when we come to pick up all our meat.

Great steaks, with occasional sales that are a smoking deal. Best bacon in town, thick cut and smoked. Grass fed liver, and meats are at amazingly good prices. The service is top notch, they will package your meat and slice it to your specifications. Truly Redding's best place to get meat.

I popped into R&R to pick up some protein when visiting a friend. Wow, what a great selection of beef, poultry, seafood and marinated/seasoned items. The quality and taste was great. The T-bone and maple bacon were super. I look forward to coming back next time I’m in the area.
