Owner was extremely unprofessional due to me politely declining his request for a romantic date. His communication is horrible and when he didn't feel like texting a response, to avoid anything he didn't want in writing, he would just tell me to call him. He would then call me names and threaten me keep quiet. The work continues to fall apart. Currently a seam has busted because they used uneven shims. They won't give me an invoice or a receipt so that I don't have proof of the warranty information, but FL requires all granite companies to give 1 year. I have proof of all payment through text and home surveillance. There will be more reports going to other parts of the state and legal services to deal with the devastating responses unfair trade practices from the owner. I added pictures to show proof of text messages that contradict Owner's reply. This speaks a lot about is character. He needs to lose his license or change his business make again. This isn't his first attempt at running a granite company.
