Would not recommend this shop to anyone, the shop does not have the have the right tools or knowledge for newer machines at least in my case and opinion. I brought my excavator to the repair shop for a dead short in the electrical. The shop stated it was a throttle control switch and there were certain it was the issue so I went and ahead and ordered the 500$ switch from Kubota and had R&R install the switch. they installed the switch and it was still not running nor was it the issue, the owner of the shop stated he would credit me $200 if the switch wasn't the issue and would not honor it after paying my 750$ bill, so I'm out $500 for a switch that was never bad and repair bill for a machine that still wasn't running. I brought the machine to kubota and they were able to troubleshoot the machine in less than a hour and get it back to me in less than 2 days from dropping it off. I would have saved a lot money if I just brought it to Kubota first.
