I love my Royal Pillow body pillow! You have to call to order. It was worth the trouble to place an order over the phone. Knowledgeable staff guided me to the size and down-feather mix that would suit my preference - and my wallet. I got a HUGE, fabulous pillow for a super reasonable price. Because the website seems outdated, and on the Contact page it says their email doesn't work, I was a little worried that Royal Pillow wouldn't be a legitimate business, or perhaps it would be wholesale only. Nope! Great service, even though I bought just one pillow and two cotton protective cases. They cases and the pillow casing are all tightly woven, smooth to the touch, and very soft. The pillow is SO fluffy and comfy, and I haven't found even one "escapee" feather poking through after several months of owning it. That is RARE.

This is a wonderful website for buying pillows. We are upgrading our mattress and I wanted really nice pillows to go with the mattress. I love the fact that the pillows are made in the US, and the quality equals nice pillows you find in upscale hotels. The pillows arrived really quick and even through I just got them today, they are super looking, and wonderfully soft and a fantastic price. Can''t wait to put them to use. Thanks Royal Pillow!! CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. all phone lines are “busy” no one will respond to emails. We placed an order online and there were no issues and we actually liked the product so much we wanted to order them in Bulk. When I called to set up wholesale pricing every phone line was busy, e-mail doesn’t work, their toll free number is disconnected. We wanted to do more business with this company but getting a hold of them is IMPOSSIBLE.

So I now ask: "Why, when I was promised that my order would be shipped by the 9th, placed on the 2nd Nov, am I getting the excuse of a hurricane." Does your prompt service not include informing customers of delays? I had a birthday gift ordered in plenty of time to arrive but now it has not even been shipped! And the birthday will come and go (2days) without it. Also, without time to purchase another gift. This is the 2nd pillow I have purchased. With this kind of service, it will be the last!!!

I cannot praise this company enough!! I had excellent, knowledgeable, friendly service on the phone when ordering.( a very smart, pleasant young lady who knew allllll of the answers! I am impressed!!) When they came, I immediately saw quality!
When I put on the pillow protector, I had quality!
When I put on the pillowcases with them that I ordered, I was absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I bought 2 head pillows with part feather part down. THEY ARE PERFECT! I will buy more pillows from these people. Thanks so much!:-) pac in Ct. for real!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I PURCHASED A $208.XX DOWN PILLOW 2+ WEEKS AGO AND THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE FINE - NOW, THEY DO NOT EXIST. THEIR 800# AND THEIR LOCAL ONE GO TO 'BUSY' SIGNAL OR FAX NOISES. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS NOR TEXTS NOR PHONE CALLS. THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY CLOSED UP AND KEPT ALL MONEY FROM ORDERS. I HAVE A CASE IN WITH THE BBB OF FLA ON THEM. WE SHALL SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...

10/06 - UPDATED FROM 1 TO 4 STARS - I just received my order. They sent it overnight Fedex. Surprised me completely. They really need to make the decision to communicate with people. Especially when the order is to be so much later than they stated. And especially given their decision to take all phones 'off-hook' at the same time they claim their email is 'down' (for several weeks+). The pillow is very very good, as expected (I already have one from 10 yrs ago). But they should not put customers through this grief and waste of time searching for a way to communicate - ludicrous in the 21st century. And they certainly should not give every appearance of having gone out of business.

Nothing I can write will do these pillows justice! I am an absolute pillow fanatic. These are the best pillows I have EVER bought. You cannot beat the price and the quality. I highly recommend royal pillow. You will not be disappointed!
