I love shopping here. The only reason that I bumped them one star is because I do not like the reset that they just had in the grocery side and they got rid of some things that I like that they no longer carry and changed but tonight I went in there and got 12 pounds of crawfish for extremely good price and they they were boiled fresh for me. Took them home and had them with a few beers , seasoning was just about right could’ve been a little bit spicier for my taste , they asked if I would like some dust dumped on the bag in there, but I didn’t do that.

Update: back again for another vacation in OB and had to stop at our favorite local grocer. Bought 10 pounds royal reds for dinner one night (incredible) and bought three pounds cooked shrimp on the way home. Love the selection and workers are super friendly.

What a great, local grocery store!! We hit the jackpot with this place. Sale on (amazing) ruby red shrimp brought us in. The shrimp were excellent but the store was packed with so much more from sauces and spices to an incredibly stocked deli. Super friendly workers as well.

I stopped by here to grab some beach umbrellas after our popup tent did not withstand the wind. I was severely overheated and moving very sluggishly through the store to get what I needed and was not expecting to receive the level of service I did. I had one very sweet woman come over and adjust the umbrella packaging to make it easier for me to carry, and another named Miss Barbara who gave me some suggestions on staying hydrated and some fun conversation. I didn’t buy anything else but I would come back to see what yall got based on the service alone.

Literally drive to this location once a month to get all of my specialty foods & meats! Really wish there was one in destin!

Overall decent experiences, they have an okay hot bar. Reasonable prices; The main benefit is the Cajun theme, but you do loose out on some of the more traditional variety.

Just got home from Orange Beach. Always like to shop local so I went to Rouses for our supplies. It was a nice store, but I would warn anyone shopping there to be sure to check expiration dates.

What a place! The deli was well stocked as well as the bakery, gourmet cheese, meat department, well the whole store was well stocked. Nice clean wide aisles, friendly staff, and fair pricing. The beer and wine selection would rival any liquor store with the labels, brands and selection available. The cotton candy and gourmet popcorn were delicious. The Tuesday special on the sushi was a bargain also. I wish I could have picked Rouses up and brought it back to Tennessee with me. The in store made sausages were a hit with our whole group. We brought some back and now we are sad that we have no more. The Taco flavor was my favorite. Truly a wonderful shopping experience.
