Nice guys and good for small projects maybe? But did not have the abilities to complete a somewhat simple industrial project. The pictures are how they left the project and called it done. It was a simple set of steps. Bolts pertruding from the hand contact portion of the handrail, mismatched steps, mismatched uprights, incomplete handrail with wickedly sharp edges and it looks like they used scrap pieces found somewhere that actually had green mold on them! They didn't clean up any of their sharpie marks. Thing is they came out made all the measurements and did the sight research themselves. When I called them, it was excuse after excuse and finally said he would fix. 2 days later he called and said he could get guys out the following week. Lol... Wow, if I was the owner, I would have dropped everything ran out there right after i hung up the phone. Especially since the project was paid in full! FYI, beware if you need something more than a trailer welded. I don't think there is too much pride in that group!

Had some work done, made a bracket for me. Made out of scratch. Used a opposite hand for a crude template. Came out perfect. Was a very decent price. Was 2nd day. I highly recommend.

I have a heavy vintage brass wall art of running horses. During shipping the box was damaged along with one of the horses legs that had broken off. I called several companies that specialize in precious metal restoration and they all stated they couldn’t repair it. I then googled and Ross Family Fabrication popped up so I gave them a call. Casey took a look and was able to reattach the leg using brass to repair brass which is what I wanted. The job was completed while I waited which was efficiently quick. The brass piece of art looks AMAZING! I can hardly tell there was any damage.
Casey is professional, efficient, accommodating, a true artistic welder.
I will use them again and recommend Ross Family Fabrication to anyone that has specific welding needs.

I am extremely pleased with how this flower turned out! I needed it done as a gift for a family members birthday & was in a rush to have it done. Ross family fabrications made it happen. They had great customer service, they really paid attention to detail, & got it done in a timely manner. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. ❤️

They did a great job repairing my boat trailer. They were very responsive and were able to get my job done very quickly. Ross Family answered the phone right away gave them a quick description of what I needed. They gave me an accurate quote and were able to squeeze me in same day.
