Costumer service is terrible. By Luis Mendoza and Arlen Marsh they are very sloppy .... terry and lisa on the sales department shere people personal and legal information. With the neighbors of the Rosewood patterson ca. I would Never recommend this biulders every track is different company building the houses. Looking forward to make a complaint against this biulders. On the contractor license costumer affairs.
