Great people, great food, can't go wrong! The pupusas and tamales are the best and most authentic you'll find in the southeast for sure! This takeout is very well done and packaged to enjoy there or bring home and even reheats well later. I didn't even know what a pupusa was until I tried Rosa's and I can't believe what I was missing! The sauce is amazing, and the slaw is one of a kind. Taste test the slaw before you throw it on top (I like to keep it on the side), it does have a little heat to it so use it to your taste, and it's delicious!

After experiencing Salvadoran food, I am a big fan! Pupusas are my Top 5 Food EVER! Mrs. Rosa is an amazing chef. I drive over an hour almost every Saturday to order pork and cheese pupusas for my husband and I. The corn tamales with a special cream sauce are mouthwatering. And I always get a few chicken tamales to go. The ingredients are so fresh and the flavor is fantastic. It is a family managed restaurant and the entire Rosa family are so kind and attentive. There is outdoor dining that is in great condition and very clean, and nicely shaded. I recommend everyone try Salvadoran tamales and pupusas if they haven’t before at Rosa’s Pupuseria. Life changing!!

Oh….my…..god…..If I were to tell you that you will be sorely missing out if you don’t eat here it would be a VAST understatement. If you are looking for authentic delicious Salvadoran food I beg you please stop in and give it a try. We got to get a taste at the Collinsville trade day. I am sad to say they were out of almost all tamales (and I see why) but Alexis was so sweet she gave me the last one they had for free and I’m not exaggerating when I say every bite I savored because it tasted like a bit of heaven. Sweet people and outstanding food at a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more.

While visiting some relatives in Alabama I can’t leave without having some delicious amazing real authentic Salvadoran food at Rosa’s Pupuseria & Restaurant in Collinsville Trades Day. Reasonable price and you won’t be disappointed! I definitely recommend! The zucchini with cheese Pupusa is my all time favorite along with the chicken tamale ! And you can’t forget the Chan Drink !

I really enjoy the food these guys produce it’s amazing, the pupusas are the best I’ve ever had, asked them to put jalapeños in the bean and cheese pupusas and it was out of this world.
