They have the worst communications, they refuse to call you, everything's on an email, attempting to get information, because I needed to know the turnaround, and if they do that special work to install fittings.
I was told to place an order first no price on website next to tank I wanted to order. I need to know the information before I buy it . A basic phone communication of under a minute would a resolved everything, and they refuse to contact me.
When I was first in contact with this company, I left a voice message. Nobody returned my call. I then emailed, and I got a response, ask basic information, do I bring the tank in to you so that you could properly set it up ? Of the fittings, needed to know basic turnaround time, price.
Why would you purchase something without knowing this?Information.
The company should rethink how they converse with a new customer.
I finally told them you could find a tank somewhere else they are a dime a dozen. I'd rather go somewhere else than deal with what I was dealing with. It was that bad.
Alondra was the person in contact with only emailing.
Not once did the person acknowledge, yes, bring tank in to get the right placement of fittings, nor would give a price.
When I found the tank
I wanted the purchase.There was no price, no price in servicing additional fittings, which I needed three. Or turnaround time.
I should've never experienced negativity. Attempting to purchase something
from this company. A complete waste of time lost.

With on line order, it's not just having the product live up to its specs, its the responsiveness and assistance that is provided, as well as the ease with which a return or additional part request is accommodated. From the outset with Ronco, my submitted drawing was reviewed by a real knowledgeable person who emailed me comments and pricing. Follow up questions were professionally answered long before I placed an order. The product arrived in the time promised and in precise conformance with its advertised specs and my drawing. A follow up request for a minor change resulted in their forwarding new parts in accordance with the request at no charge or freight charge. And....their pricing was the best to begin with. I wish I could do all my on line business with these folks.

I had an eighty gallon water tank with a broken fitting. I was recommended by el toro rv as they said they did not fix the tanks they got, but rather shipped them here. If you need your tank fixed, don't go to the front office, rather the shipping and receiving area. The guy in the back was very nice, unfortunately I didn't get his name. It was $30 and was done in 5 minutes. I mentioned I didn't want to have to remove the tank again for the next two years and he said my tank sensors were cracking and should be replaced as well, which was promptly done in another 5 minutes for another $30. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone else who needs emergency repairs

1st off- I am not the review type of person but felt this place deserved an excellent rating. Ronco Plastics is TOP NOTCH when it comes to all aspects of holding tanks and more. David was very helpful and welded my fresh water tank and spun on a new 1/2" elbow. He payed close attention trying not to get any shaving into the tank while repairing it. Anyone looking for standard or custom holding tanks.. this is the place. If you are on the road RVing and the tank is accessible, they can fix it without removing the tank. Everybody that worked there seemed to be happy!!

The lady on the phone was really not very helpful. She insisted that I call back the next day as "we are already closed." Fine. But why did you answer the phone, offer to help, then decide and insist that I should call back next day BEFORE actually hearing what I needed help for. I would recommend just not answering the phone at all next time. Really frustrating.

Seems like their tanks are well built but don't expect polite and useful customer service.

EDIT: called the next day, got what I needed from a very helpful parts guy and changed my 2 star to a 5 star. But look out for the receptionist, she is sharp around the edges.
