Made appointment, had to wait over a Month, no call from them, supposed to be at our house between 8-9 am, going on 10 am, we call, spoke to a rude woman, she says they don't travel that far to Brooksville, when we made appointment, was told they usually charge 50 per visit, but it would be 75, still made appointment, no call to say that they decided it was too far. We've waited since January to get a broken window fixed, another company was originally going to fix, an they were unreliable also. My Dad asks to speak to a Manager, the receptionist hangs up on my Dad. How, unprofessional!!! Your company is very incompetent!!! Would give no stars, but forced to leave one star. Your company put the windows in our home when it was built new, but now it's too far 🙄 plus windows are garbage quality, and this is coming from a family that spent 40 yrs. in the lumber industry, with real windows (Anderson windows) not the junk you installed. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!

We made one substantial purchase and tried to make two others. We are not contractors, just homeowners and that possibly explains our experience. They don’t have the systems or the passion for customer service. It takes a lot of follow up calls to get a price. Our contact went on vacation and there was no system to cover pending deals. Is their product any good? I’m not the best to say, but after this third interaction, I can say their sales service is not.

We ordered a storm door to be installed at our home in The Villages. The two employees, Todd and Brian, who installed the door were excellent. They arrived early for the appointment, got right to work and knew what they were doing. There was a small issue and they were here immediately to correct it. Great employees and representatives of your company. I have been here 17 years and they are the best contractors I have dealt with.

I needed information on replacing my front door. Anthony was fantastic and very patient helping us choose the glass and door options we wanted. Sounds easy but sorted through many hundreds of options.
The crew arrived to do the installation and were done in a few hours and it looks Fantastic. This is where you need to go for new or replacement doors.

We've used Romac in the past (window repair and new windows) with good results, so when we needed a new garage door, we went to them again. Craig came out the next day and gave us a fair estimate and knowing what we do about them, we agreed on the spot. The new door came in and was replaced by Craig and Giovanni just today and they did a really good job for us. They removed all of the old door materials, installed everything new, added new code required reinforcements, adjusted the door travel perfectly and it all looks and works great. Craig explained to us how to properly maintain the new door springs, rollers, track and locking method if the power goes out. Can't say enough good things about the whole process and we can easily recommend them for any work in your home.
