They are ALWAYS very professional and accurate. And they are busy so that is a good sign. We have worked with them twice as we are planning on doing ALL of our shutters so they are crank and not manual. So far we have done 9 of the 28 windows with them. Very good quality and service!!! highly recommend!

I had to wait 2 weeks to get my shutter repaired. However received a call from Casey telling me they could come 3 days earlier.
Jonathan was the service man he was very efficient knowledgeable and showed me how to roll the shutter manually. Very happy with the service

Had a minor issue with the shutters, rolling down all the way came out adjusted it in a couple of minutes and now it works fine. They are great company and I recommend them to anybody they take care of business.

I called Roll Secure because they originally installed our hurricane shutters. I wanted an estimate to install an override for one of our electric shutters plus maintenance and cleaning. They said that they would get back with me on an estimate for the override but its over a week and still no call. That is not the worst part of the encounter. I can understand that they might be busy. I really have a problem with the maintenance and cleaning service. They came in and sprayed the tracks of the shutters with lubricant. This took them about 10 to 15 minutes. I went back to there website after they left and the cleaning service should have included Removing the hood and ensuring shutters are operating properly and also cleaning the curtains front and back. None of that was done.I would never use them again. I could have sprayed the tracks with a lubricant myself and saved over $200. The total cost was $226, but hey at least they gave me the rest of the lubricant. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Casey in the office was tremendously friendly and as helpful as she could be. Vinny showed up when Casey said he would, and gave us great advice. One of our shutters needed a new motor, which he promptly and efficiently installed. We found the price reasonable. This was the second time Vinny was here and he never oversells. All in all, we are very satisfied.

Vinny and John were here to adjust my armor screens.

Rollsecure installed our shutters several years ago and as a rule they did a good job. The issue is we have had to get them serviced and they are not set up very well if you need help. I called today because something let lose inside the shutters and when the wind blows, they rattle so loud that you cannot hear inside our condo. Best they could do is come to fix it in no sooner than 4 months from now and they didn't seem to care! So service is a big issue if you need it.
