We bought a hog, WOW! The cuts, butchering, packaging was phenomenal.
The taste is Superb...
The wife loved the packaging of bacon and she never ate fresh meat like this. Rocky & Nina were great to meet and were Great to us as a first time customers.

Rocky & Nina are great ro deal with. Bought a hog and it is beyond what I expected. Their butcher did a Fabulous job wrapping all the meat and the Taste.... Well Rodriguez Cartle & hay now has all my business and all bragging rights go to them.

Every expectation exceeded. Quality of meat, best I’ve ever had. Everything Rocky told me was spot on. This was my first order, Can’t wait to eat enough out of freezer for more space for more meat.
