Fantastic, fast customer service. Great price for a new AC install with 10 yr warranty. Best price compared to BEST and Advantage Air. Job was done in 4 hours and free weekend install. Ryan, Johnathan, and Anthony were all great!

Called this company when our air conditioner stopped working. After sending a service tech out we were told that the compressor and coil needed replacing. Since our air conditioner is only six years old these parts were still under warranty. They quoted us $1,800 for labor. Also tried to sell us a new unit. Thankfully we decided to get a second opinion and the problem was not the compressor but the contactor which had a burnt wire. Attached are pictures. Ended up paying $295 for replacing the contactor, 1Ib of freon, coil cleaning and a floater. Air conditioner is working perfectly fine now. Very disappointed with Rocket Cooling and will never use again.

Very very pleased with service provided by Adam. He was friendly, personable, knowledgable with always having a smile on his face. Made us feel special. He told us everything he was doing and explained why. He gave us pointers on what to do when we are not here (snowbirds). We will request Adam for all future servicing. I seriously hope the owner of this company reminds his/her drivers that they are driving a billboard 24/7. Incompetent driver cutting multiple off to get to the 75 merge lane. Would never recommend this company to anybody I know just based off their driving.

Paid 145 for the guy to diagnose my system. Said my overflow needs drained. Charged me 110 to fix. So 255. 2 days later ac went out again. Guy who came said I need to replace my whole unit. Had him test my blower. Tested it and it was bad. Said wouldn't be able to be ordered until Tuesday. Went myself to a ac shop got the part still wouldn't help. First guy had good intentions but the second guy was trying to sell me something I didn't need..

All the staff Involved with the sale and installation of our new HVAC system were incredible. With a pending flight for Thanksgiving, they were able to come out and schedule us the next day. They performed an outstanding job! The only minor problem was the air filter size was not available on the same day. In order to resolve this issue later, they politely brought us a case of filters, which will last an entire year. Everyone was very courteous, responded quickly, and answered all questions very wisely. I would absolutely recommend them.
