What a great experience! I had a computer that stopped working. This computer has everything on it for work and life and I was super worried about losing it. But when I came to Robots Repair, everything was perfect. For me, trust and honesty are super important and this place has it all. I needed my cracked screen replaced on my Microsoft Surface Pro III. Dave was very helpful and explained the process. He was very responsive on call backs and fixed my PC within 24 hours. The price was good and the customer service was great. I highly recommend this place.

I took in my Galaxy S10e because it wasn't booting up. The man who helped me was helpful, friendly, patient and determined to figure out a solution. He tried all the quick and cheap solutions first, but ultimately diagnosed that the board of the phone was toast. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no diagnostic fee. Given the age and value of the phone, I decided to replace rather than do a major repair. He agreed with that assessment, and I never felt pressured into any expensive services; I felt like he had my best interest in mind, and even gave me tips on where to get a good deal on a replacement. I would gladly go back there anytime I have tech problems.

I was afraid to take my computer in for repairs, as a shop can tell me anything, and I don't know if their telling the truth...except at this shop. The owner, David, is such a nice and honest guy, I felt confident working with him. I had checked with other shops and they quoted me a price until I dug in and found out that it was just a "basic" charge, and there were more on top, once they got started. David gave me the straight-up cost, and said I didn't pay until the job was done right. His price was lower than other shops, but more importantly, I knew he only charged me for what needed to be done; no hidden extras.
I sincerely recommend Robots Repair for all of your computer and phone needs; you'll be glad you went there! :o)

I walked in with an iPhone 11 that had water damage on the screen. Asked if it was salvageable. Dave took it apart in seconds, examined it, and said yes. 20 minutes later, after screen replacement, I had a perfectly functioning phone again.

2nd visit; walked in with an iPhone X that had been sitting, in the original box unopened for 4 years, and wouldn’t charge or turn on. This was after the Apple store told us the phone was junk, nothing could be done. Dave opened it up, performed some tests and said it just needed a new battery. Again, perfectly working phone after battery swap in 20 minutes. Lesson, don’t leave your iPhone at the Apple store if they tell you it’s beyond repair, just take it here and let Dave examine it. More then happy with the service and quick repair. They also do laptops, computers, etc. highly recommend!

Just took my sons phone in because it would randomly power down every couple of minutes. Had a nice conversation with the owner and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it back to new at a very affordable price! I’m sure I will be back as I have two teenagers. Great new place guys! Keep up the great work and exceptional customer service!

I own a small business my business computer went down it's a older gaming computer he called it gen 3 don't know much about computers but this guy hade it up and running the next day price was better than reasonable will bring all my computers or phones year for now on thanks again for your work
