They apparently do not know how to lap the eave cap flashing. They overlapped it causing all the water to run down inside rotting the eaves out. I tried emailing them with pictures and never got a response. I would not buy a dog house from them. Really shoddy flashing job causing water trappage and rot. Look elsewhere for a shed. Their warranty doesn't exist. I have to fix it myself but right.

Well Robin Sheds Warranty is for 30 years and thats laughable because the warranty is won't rust. Well the screws rusted out and they won"t warranty a repair or even send someone to look at it. The shed was built in 1994 okay still not 30 years yet. All I have to say is they should stand behind their product no mater how old it is. My complaint is where the screws rusted out water found a way in and the wood rotted. I just wanted someone from their company to show some pride and help me get the shed back into a dry shed. They didn't even have someone who would respond to help me with the repair. So when you get your new shed seal the roof and walls this will prevent moisture from getting to the wood and causing dry rott.

Bought a $7,000.00 shed in Jan 2023. Door would not close properly day it was delivered and I pointed this fact out immediately to "delivery guy" and his response was " it will level out or settle some in a few days but if it doesn't we will fix it" .....NOT!! I was promised a visit by the OWNER Louis Hartley over a month ago but no show, no call, no text, no email. I spoke to him today and he literally told me to fix it myself, I am shocked to say the least. Louis has zero customer service skills apparently and I now really regret buying form Robin Builders of Lake Wales!!! Not even 6 months ago and the company has distance themselves from a new customer that is actually looking to add a 2nd shed soon ......you can bet it will NOT be thru them!!

This company has no clue what its doing, nobody, I mean nobody, sells anything that is ruff in framing in odd sizes. All shed or house builds will be in even sizes. Looking at the sheds themselves, they are very poor quality. I have owned my own framing company in Kansas City, and built over 2500 homes, plus, I have contracted for Tuff Shed, and I have never seen dog houses, benches, sheds, or anything ruff in, built in an odd numbers. Avoid this company. The siding on these sheds is lap, adding a significant cost to the sheds. Just my opinion, but avoid at all cost.

The local dealer is disrespectful, arrogant, unprofessional and unorganized. If I were the Corporate bosses, I would yank the business from him and find a new dealer.

Very poor construction and design, main roof beam rotted out after 8 years due to poor design, unless their design has changed DONT BUY !
