Richard was a lifesaver to our family today! Our A/C went out the night before which is scary with how hot it gets here in the summer when A/C is crucial. I saw he was available 24/7 so I gave him a call late at night to get help the next morning. He called back that night and said he'll be over in the morning! He came as quickly as he could, diagnosed the issue so fast, got the part we needed (good quality part too), and it was fixed! He was budget-friendly, gave great tips on how to save money, and so very knowledgeable! You can tell he actually cares and is honest. We are so glad to have found him and look forward to calling him with our future needs and recommend him to others. Thank you, Richard!

Richard did a good job on replacing our old air conditioner and furnace to a new one. He did the job about 5 years ago and no problem since then.

Today, he fixed our sewer pipe and found the problem for a few minutes. Not only he did a good job but he is also very informative. He guaranteed his work and always bend over backwards to make sure his job that he did is right. After he was done, we showed him other plumbing problems and suggested what to do in order to save us spending money.

I highly recommend Richard. Very reliable and guaranteed his job.

Richard is reliable, trustworthy and professional who is expert on his field as evidenced by his clean and outstanding work in plumbing. This is the second time we used his services. He serviced our rental property and this past week he replaced broken water heater in our main home and did extra work to relocate the bathroom drains so we can widen the new walk-in shower space. Highly recommended and honest!
