The name has changed to ideal. It's a family ran company so if you're not family your not going to last out there more than two weeks. You sign up for direct deposit and they still give you paper checks. They pay weekly but you might not get a check for 2weeks. The let you go for no reason at all. Some of the workers act better than you. Sthey talk about others behind there back.so this is a place not to work for.
