Check every screw on anything they try to sell you. The moped I drove three hours to buy in late 2023 was being “prepped for sale” And really they didn’t do anything but clean it. They didn’t do any inspections at all and you can clearly see that there are screws missing all over the first moped they “prepped and tried to sell me” as you can see in the pictures below. They tell me it was an accident. They allow me to pick out another moped. This one I thought i looked over well and didn’t see anything missing But already had a distrust in the company. (rightfully so) I got a service done in September and it was an inspection of the moped oil change and a couple other easy things Including “ Putting air in the tires” For $350. It is now February 2025 and for whatever reason I’m looking at the exhaust of my moped and notice a screw missing (picture below) To be honest, I believe the screw has been missing since I purchased the moped and I did not notice but the inspection of the service completed in September should have found this missing screw either they misplaced another screw or the screw was never there to begin with. Will also attach one picture of the front of my current moped to show what screws are missing from the one they tried to sell me first. Do not buy from these people. They will rip you off as you can see in the pictures.

Excellent service with excellent staff! Record timeI've ever had of buying a boat. I was in and out approved. I'm ready to take my boat within two hours. Salesman reached out several times after purchasing the vessel to ask if I had any questions. Took me out on a sea trial and went over all functions on the vessel.

I'm 100% satisfied with the service and thoughtfulness that went into fixing the two jet skis I brought in. They were so helpful very knowledgeable and very polite. I'm very satisfied and I would not hesitate to bring anything else that I needed to get looked at or fixed to this business. I would highly recommend Riva Motorsports of key largo to any of my friends also. The person I dealt with was Amir Mohamed he was very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed thank you very much you are a giant help.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Amir from the service department was excellent. He provided us with the service we needed for our ski. We were able to get back on the water and it saved the weekend for the kids. Much appreciated Amir!

Been 5 weeks since I bought my boat and RIVA Motorsports of the Keys has not provided me with my title.

First they told me they mailed it for 2 weeks, then they told me it went to the wrong address….Now the story is the boat was traded to them from someone who received it with a house they bought and Riva never got the title. THEY SOLD ME A BOAT THEY DON’T HAVE THE TITLE FOR?

What an unprofessional dealership. I’ll update if I ever receive my title. Who knows what will come of this.
