It was announced i could come view items from 8-6. I got there 5:15 and turned away. Told I had to be in the gate by 5.so you might want want to advertise better. My husband has had an eye 9n 1 truck spacific for months and didn't get to look at it. Hes upset

Called with unsolicited credit offer, asked what I was interested in, then pulled vehicle from auction and tried later to get me to bid over phone without knowing what the other bids were. That's not an open auction with no minimum b8d it's an underhanded dishonest way of doing business. Will not go to another Ritchie Brothers event.

Dishonest. Called day before auction, wanting to extend us credit and asking what we were interested in. Then, with that information, they changed rules during auction, pulled truck from lineup then tried to get us to bid later by phone without opportunity to hear other bids.

At the last auction we bought 2 trucks, one turned out to have no clutch, cost 3 grand to repair it. The other broke down on way home from auction and we are still trying to get it to run. Even after that we still tried again, and got jerked around over a truck that it looks like they actually owned.

I will never do business with them again.
