We want to start by thanking the excellent Ridge Energy Savers installer crew Jose L, Jacob B and Danny A for exceeding our expectations replacing our central AC system. The crew was polite, professional and interacted with each other and us cordially. They happily answered all our questions and concerns. They took care of items not evened addressed in the estimate for no additional charge. Like moving the concrete pad to be able to better position the outside AC unit. They left both the yard and attic work sites clean. We are very pleased with the Carrier Crossover system we decided on, super efficient and whisper quiet. We highly recommend Ridge and will be using them for yearly maintenance and any future repairs or projects. Here is a few pics showing the mess they removed and the great results of the install.

I must begin by expressing my desire to give Ridge Energy Savers a glowing review—if I could, it would definitely be more than five stars! When I reached out to them, I was in quite a bind. With multiple properties to manage, I urgently needed repairs on a home that my guests were occupying. Fortunately, they connected me with Jayson, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Initially, I had another company scheduled to repair the AC, but they were unable to follow through. Meanwhile, I arranged for an estimate on a new AC unit with Ridge. Their longstanding reputation, established well before I was born, put my mind at ease. Living far away made me apprehensive, but Jayson was incredibly reassuring and patient, guiding me through all my options. He even took the time to provide a temporary fix for the AC until the new unit could be installed, which was a lifesaver.

Jayson presented various options and explained each one clearly, keeping me updated on the progress throughout the process. He is not only an excellent salesperson, but his team was also respectful and worked diligently to complete the AC installation and ductwork within a single day! A BIG shoutout to the entire team for their thorough and impressive work.

While the cost wasn't the cheapest, (full ac and duck work) it was absolutely reasonable given the extensive work done, and now my home is running beautifully. They also offer an additional warranty on labor, which I opted for. Overall, my experience with Ridge Energy Savers has been outstanding! I highly recommend them, as they truly live up to their glowing reviews. If you have the chance to work with Jayson, you won't be disappointed.

So a heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone, from Karen in the office to the hardworking crew. They even sent a thank-you card with a handy magnet to keep their contact information handy! Honestly, they deserve more than five stars; they've secured my business for all my properties moving forward.

John Hancock from Ridge Energy came today (Saturday) to check my AC that stopped working. John arrived on time, promptly after my call. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in well under 2 hours. John was professional, polite, fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ridge Energy for your service needs. Clarence checked my pool heat pump today. He was on time, personable, professional, and fixed it quickly. He also answered my questions about getting a pool pump that would also cool for the summer months. Ridge will also be installing the new pool cooler/heater in the next couple of week. I have used Ridge Energy Savers for my yearly Carrier AC checks for 12 years since building my new home. Today I had a new Carrier 2 Ton and 4 Ton AC systems installed along with a Carrier AC split system for my single car garage. I asked Randy Abbott my sales person at Ridge Energy for Levi our service technician we have used for all our 12 years with Ridge Energy to oversee our installation. Levi is one of most technical and honest professionals I have ever dealt with. The installation went fantastic and Levi stayed beyond the call of duty after the installation to make sure the systems were running properly and all my questions were answered on how to operate my new thermostats.
