Ricoh USA Miami has been untruthful from the day my company signed a contract on November 6. My company, ArtSouth, A Not for Profit Corporation has not been able to conduct business properly because we entered into an agreement to lease a copier/printer from Ricoh. Since November 6, we have yet to have a copier installed in our new office and therefore my staff is forced to go to Kinkos for all our duplication, scanning needs and no fax system. Each week we are given a different lie....another day, another time, a new week...their excuses include: "we've been hacked", "we have no way of communicating," "now, the copier is in Georgia", etc, etc. If you are a serious business in need of a copy service to run your business properly, make sure you go elsewhere. If you use Ricoh in Miami, like ArtSouth, you will be left holding the bag, waiting for a machine...maybe coming from Utah where their main office, coming on a snow plow across the country.
