Avoid at all costs long wait times and you will be treated as an animal here. The office staff is respectful but the rest aint.

Truckers, take this turn from the oncoming lane to get onto scale. A worker will come out and get your info. People are friendly here. Be prepared to wait hours. You can drop your trailer and head to Walmart if need be. Let them know. There's Porto potties for drivers.

Not a real bad place, just takes a while. 3 trucks ahead of me and took about 7 hours till I was loaded. Really nice people and SWING WIDE to get on the scale, it’s not forgiving.

Hit or miss. I've been here one time that was loaded and weighed out less than 2 hours. It's 24 hours but it seems no matter what time I've arrived. 10 pm 3 AM 9AM 4PM there was always a line and it's been taking an average of close to 2 hours to load each truck here lately so if you get there and there is about 3 or more trucks in front of you, then your about to get caught up on your sleep. The one good thing is after you check in and find your parking spot they'll come knock on your door when it's your turn so no worries having to pull up every hour in a line or worrying of someone is gonna cut in front of you. The scale leaves no room for error when you pull on it. Swing wide and watch the polls, it seems like a lot of scales are built like that. After you pull on scale and check in they'll tell you whether to park and they'll come get you or if you're really lucky there is no one getting loaded then your good to back in. When your backing in to get loaded, there is a rope hanging on the drivers side, try and get your trailer as close to that rope as possible on the drivers side. You'll back up until they blow at you. 1 blow means pull forward or STOP. 2 blows means back up and you'll hear the one blow to STOP.

12 hours wait to get truck loaded. This is no way to run a business. How these very inefficient places keep operating it crazy. Its like nobody body else's time is worth anything but there own. dont buy anything from this place. They don't deserve to be in business the way they operate. Don't haul there product either.

Good place to load a hopper. Loaded and out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They also load 24/7

The worst place to load in Arkansas. It takes hours to load hoppers. And management walks around like this is normal. It took 5 hrs to load 3 trucks. SMH!!!!
