I have 2 units professionally installed by a licensed hvac contractor. One stopped working after 10 months and the 2nd unit stopped after 11 months. This is supposed to be the best. The customer service is apathetic and the product quality is terrible. The first set of UV lights lasted 2 years. I installed these as they were supposed to be the best. Very disappointed. All I need are the replacement bulbs and I can’t even get a meaningful response from the manufacturer.

Who in gods name thought it was a good idea on the reme halo zeros to put the transformer inside a metal box. It’s not applicable at all it fits nowhere inside of a furnace or an air handler and where it does fit the wires are to short to reach power. I hate engineers.

What a terrible experience we've had with our Reme-H model for the service side. Had it installed Aug2018 and shortly thereafter the HVAC company went out of business. Tried multiple times to contact RGF directly but they don't return messages. Unable to locate a replacement bulb and they don't sell them directly. There is one other company locally that is "supposedly" a dealer however when you call them they don't have a clue about RGF products. I am extremely disappointed with selecting this brand of air purification system.

Reme HALO LED went out after 6 weeks. I contacted RGF and I was told they are going to fulfill all new orders before honoring warranties. So they are going to make a profit on new customers (definitely not treated as clients, just another number) and ignore existing people that have already added to their profits.
Horrible business model and makes you wonder what else they don't care about...

Bought the Latest Model RGF Reme Halo (24 Volt) In-Duct Air Purifier System IAQ Ionizer (Reme-H) and after 4 month the bulb is not working any more. Nee to get a replacement or being cover by the warranty but I can't find the way to do the claim or a place to order the bulb replacement.

The mini portable air purifier is AMAZING! I love using it in my car and then bringing it back inside to use! It has 12V for my car and standard plug for inside! It's small put powerful! I can't believe the difference it makes even in a large bedroom! Thank you, RGF!

RGF Environmental Group products are the best IAQ products that I have used. As an HVAC contractor I have never had a customer that was not completely satisfied with their RGF product. Almost everyone that works at my company (including myself) have a REME Halo in their own homes. You can feel the clean air in home that uses RGF Indoor Air Quality!
