I've called several different reynolds plants trying to get a good telephone number for the jacksonville,il. plant. The numbers were no good. I talked to a security guard at the Arkansas plant and he was unwilling to help because so-called security concerns. This is a national brand and no answers the telephone anymore? Unacceptable

In and out in an hour. Place is a little confusing for a first timer though. Good instructions from nice employees.

First time I tryed Reynolds Air Fryer Liners. The liners curl around the food, which is dangerous because it puts the liner close to the heating element. This morning the liner caught on fire. DANGEROUS!!!

To my fellow truck drivers. Thus is the slowest coil loading facility I've been to. Be prepared to pack a lunch and possibly dinner. Obviously they don't care about your hours of service rules.

It didn't take long to get scaled in and checked in at receiving but I went to unloading area and was unstrapped and ready to be unloaded and had to call and still waiting... Other trucks lining up behind me and still nobody to unload ...
Been here an hour already... Ugh...

Place sucks. Limited parking and the parking they do have is all the trucks waiting to get loaded. Tell your dispatcher no way stay away from this place. You'll be here for hours.
