Rey Chavez has some good prices on things like cooking oil and sometimes on some different meats, ham, and seafood like shrimp but beware that the meats sometimes are very bad quality with visible black spots on the meat and green mold on the meats as well. I dont think that the meat they sell here is USDA inspected and I certainly wouldn't trust my health to it. I recommend buying meat in other supermarkets like Aries Supermarket or Price Choice if your looking for meat at low prices that looks healthier.

Great place to buy your BBQ Churrasco, falda, pierna, and Argentinian sausages. Customer service was not great. But it’s Hialeah, not the very best place to find non rude people. 😅 I’m cuban btw, not biased.

Prices are very fair specially the can products, as per the meat goes I would say you get what you pay for!!! I mean not the best one /store's brand,. The seafood products are at good prices and the same quantity that you normally get in other market places.
Place it's very popular for the locals for sure.
I got face masks $36 and gloves $6. Great to find them even if it its in May.

BEWARE, this place does not sell quality products. Products are the worst quality. Meat and produce are expired. Be sure to check the dates. They sell expired products. The place is dirty and it smells terrible. The staff is rude. The parking is impossible. It's Hialeah!!!

Parking is limited, but I can deal with that.
The service at the ventenita is terrible.
You often get a bad attitude that to the point i just stopped going. I also find it odd that every time I go, I order the same thing, The price is different. so I suspect something hinky is going on behind the counter. That's their problem, not mine. on the plus side Their cafe con leche is about the best in town

Well this place used to be a good place to make food purchases, now prices are pretty much like Walmart and there is nothing special prices to go there and buy food because is same like go to Walmart, president supermarkets have better prices , so nowadays they have not distribuidor prices like the advertising is saying.
