They don't have pricing so I left a message for a quote for bin container's. Jared Bean
Sent me a message asking me what I need them for and if he could be involved further.
I told him I need them for housing antisocial reptiles that do not like being in displays. And if the modifications to the bins and the building of a shelf for these containers goes well I will be in the market for developing the assembly. Kinda sounds like I gave him an opportunity to supply me with bins for my product. To my surprise, I got no reply from Jared Bean. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry about a quote but never corresponded or provided me with a price for the specific model of container or the unit quantity I had asked for. 5 days later I sent another brief email and asked what the price would be for those units. Zero correspondence. So at this point I don't care if Jared Bean or anyone replies to this review or my email; I have no faith in this company's commitment to their customers. This company would do well to get rid of Jared. The only thing he specializes in is dropping the ball.

Worst customer service ever. I was talking to a rep named Jack and was asking a question about the packaging and he hung up on me, twice. Will never use you guys again. Lack of communication
