So I have one arm and I needed both brakes on one side, these guys took care of me so well. They tuned my bike trued my wheel and did some custom work for me and they didn’t charge my other arm! Eternally grateful for this shop, thanks again!

I'll preface by saying this is the first time I've ever purchased a bike. I tried to come into this and do research beforehand. Prior to coming to this shop I went to another shop and was met with jargon I could not decipher due to lack of knowledge. Luckily, my husband found this shop and he immediately mentioned I would 100% be leaving with a bike because of how friendly and welcoming the store owners were. By far the best purchasing experience I have encountered. Super friendly/ family oriented atmosphere.

Jessica and Dan are wonderful people who are running a great pair of bike shops, one in the College Park area and the other near the Sunrail station in Longwood. Their staff is fantastic as well. Kyle and Zach are the techs at the Longwood location, and they did an absolutely amazing job transforming my Cannondale into a bike that is far better than new!

So glad I found Retro City Cycles.After a bad experience with a corporate bike shop locally.I checked out this great family run local shop has great service.great bikes.
