I don't even know where to start I'm so freaking angry. First the owner comes off as a nice guy and respectable. I left the car with him Saturday he paid for my Lyft and I paid him a deposit and we agreed that the car was supposed to be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and then it's another story with a relay or some other stuff so okay I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now today Friday I come get the car and told me that he was going to be at the shop at 30 minutes I was waiting for him it was over an hour and a half standing outside and here he pulls up in my car, the headlight is cracked and the bumper not properly aligned. Also my convertible top mechanism is not fixed properly as I requested.

I'm looking at my car I'm so furious and angry but I'm quiet to see what he's going to do about this problem.

Not only he pulls up driving my car with some kind of lady that reminds me of a stray cat in heat wearing a mini skirt, my gas tank was also empty. Like what the hec were they doing? little that he knows that the plates that was on the car did not belong to the car because I was driving my car with dealer plates and I switched plates on the car because I was not going to leave my dealer plate on the car (luckily I didn't) I see a dent on my hood and a scratch on my bumper. Yes he fixed the alternator but I wonder how much is going to cost me to fix these other damages that was done to the car.

I hate leaving reviews like this. Just know what to expect when dealing with this guy, use the service at your own risk!

Also an update, I finally got a chance to clean up the car and I noticed there's a scratch on my hood as described in a video I just updated.

I can't believe I really thought I was leaving my car with a professional, not a caveman.

TOTAL SCAMMER!
Took in my car for radiator diagnosis. Anthony Taylor told me I needed a replacement and I had to pay upfront for him to get the radiator from the supplier and was told I'd gave my car the next day. We were on my family vacation and ended up stuck with no vehicle for 4 days. I was stuck in this situation with Restorative.
Then due to some issue with his bank I had to use Zelle and send additional money to his girlfriend who is a hairdresser For additional unseen problems with the radiator, new hoses and other BS.

I paid everything I was asked and my car was returned after 4 days. One month later my radiator was overheating again and I took it to a reputable mechanic and was told the radiator was never replaced or flushed and the hoses were never replaced they only put in some chemical to make it stop overheating.

I lost use of my vehicle for our entire family vacation paid $1200 for a new radiator which was never installed.

I am from out-of-state so I feel particularly targeted by Anthony Taylor who has now blocked my phone number so we have no mode of communication.

I would like the name of legal counsel in the area from anyone who lives in the Lake Park vicinity.

Absolutely terrible they put a new AC compressor in my car and it was bad. I called him back. The owner completely disappeared was supposed to refund me $600 and it’s been two years and I still haven’t received it.

Well something surely happened after all these glowing reviews. My wife took her car in for a repair and over a period of 2 weeks (!), we never got the car back. Delay after delay after delay. Outright lying to us about the status of the car. When we went down to see for ourselves we found personal items missing, food and drink having been consumed in the back seat, drug paraphenalia under a seat, 1/4th tank of gas gone, and work not completed after representation that it was. We finally demanded the car key back, and never received a final invoice of work (allegedly) performed after having paid half up front. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In fact there was another woman there now having waited 5 (!!) weeks for her mother's car. She had called the police to no avail (it's a civil matter), and she was visibly distressed after witnessing our frustration and anger. No car problem requires 2 or 5 weeks to repair. NEVER AGAIN!

Restore automotive was an awesome experience. My alternator shot out on me late Friday evening and Tony worked over the weekend to have my car back to me Sunday. Extremely responsive and honest mechanic. 10/10 would recommend.

We broke down on the side of the Turnpike and called Tony's shop. He was helpful immediately and was really empathic towards our situation. The car ended up being in terrible shape and Tony worked diligently on it to get us back on the road. Tony was honest, straightforward and went out of his way to help us out multiple times and we are grateful for his service. Would recommend his shop to everyone!

Incredibly honest and fast mechanic. Tony did a great job diagnosing our AC problem and fixed it quickly before a road trip we had planned. Price was on point with what I saw quoted online as expected costs for this repair. He explained his work well and even took time to check in and make sure the AC was functioning well during our road trip. If I was living in West Palm, he would be our mechanic for life!
