We shopped around for a company to build a large driveway gate and a smaller pedestrian gate. After meeting and talking with Leo from Resolute Iron Works we knew we had found the right company. Leo took his time talking to us and listening to what we wanted. He made some great suggestions and explained the process from start to finish. Turn around time from when we placed our order to when the gates were ready for installation was quicker than we expected. Leo and his crew were on time, professional and friendly. They cleaned up really well after installation which was nice. We're very, very happy and would whole heartedly recommend Resolute Iron Works to anyone. A+++

In need of someone to fabricate and install metal handrails atop a rebuilt exterior stairway, I was extremely fortunate to find Resolute Iron Works. As much as I think the front of our house is very attractive, the handrails may be the house’s best feature — they are that beautiful. Leo took an Internet photo of handrails that I liked, and crafted a masterpiece. Not only did Leo precisely match the design, he made the handrails thicker than the photo, and with subtle scoring on the scrolls that make them a work of art. Leo provided advice on the finish (satin) that would work best, and he was spot-on. Jose, Leo’s son, provided progress updates from the fabrication to finishing, and anticipated installation date. Everything went smoothly — how often can one say that about a construction project?

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work that Resolute did. I was changing out wooden fences and wanted metal driveway gates that offered privacy too. Leo, the owner came through and exceeded my expectations! His attention to detail from the get go at our consultation visit was clear. Leo even got into how wide the horizontal and vertical spacing should be to enhance the look of the final product...things that never occured to me. The build was on time, flawless and executed to the Nth degree. I've already had other contractors and friends compliment me on the gates. 5 plus stars!

One stop shop for amazing design, fabrication & installation services. Leopoldo Villanueva can do it all! Leo had great ideas and wonderful suggestions on design for my two balcony railings in the Berkeley Hills. He then ran with it and created beautiful work that addressed all of my needs, delivered on time and installed perfectly. I had water intrusion concerns from previous water damage on my decks, so Leo suggested side-mounting the railings, and made sure to caulk the bolts as they were installed. I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, and I appreciated the ease of communication & professionalism evident throughout the design, build & installation process. Pricing was a good value & the best I found. I highly & wholeheartedly recommend Resolute Iron Works for your next project!
