I actually use this service on a business level though my employer. If we ever have any issue or question with pickup or pricing, it is taken care of quickly and without issue. Otherwise, they provide the weekly services we need without worry from us. I would recommend them highly!

My garbage pickup has always been on time and they always replace my receptacle when it is needed. I have been a customer for about 15 years and I am extremely pleased with this service. Customer service needs to have a local phone number. The few times I've had a problem, I drive to the local office and they immediately take care of it.

This garbage company is awful. They miss my garbage can almost every week. My bill is always paid early and there is no excuse for them to forget this many times and miss my garbage can. I have called them so many times about missed pickup. I have now reported them to BBB.

Call Your county commissioner. That worked for me. This sorry trash company was never on time and a day late on my pickup day, always the same old excuses truck broke down, really only one truck for the county.
Call and complain the your county commissioner they are the ones who gave them the contract.

Always a problem many times trash wasn't picked up as scheduled and when my county no longer used their service they still billed me and you can't get a refund for 8 weeks! Customer service is also always terrible

They keep breaking my garbage can and then they take weeks to replace it. Horrible customer service.
