After flying, my daughter had trapped fluid in ear... both painful & garbled hearing . They were awesome to provide insight & product to help her before we had to get on another flight back to OKC. I refer others to them now who I see are also traveling in FL and have a need for varied health issues while away from home. Highly recommend! Amazing customer service!

Love this company and the Healthy Eye Surfer supplement! I’m disappointed they aren’t making it anymore. The Remedy website and Amazon show the product as "in stock" and I’ve tried ordering both ways, but I’m told they’re out of stock because of one ingredient. Please update the company website and Amazon to reflect the product being out-of-stock and update the website when the product is back in stock so I’ll know when I can place another order. I adore your company and the natural ingredients and want to continue supporting you!

I’ve been a regular customer for 10 years. Love the products, but Greg was so unbothered rude to me, unless that’s corrected, I’m done. I didn’t receive a probiotic in my order. Besides not being articulate, Greg told me the back order information was on the paper in the package, and I got an email stating that. I did not. I had to ask 3 times before I got an answer on when the item will be shipped. As I was talking to him, he hung up on me. I called back,& he answered the phone with “LISTEN LADY!” I was never rude to him, but just trying to communicate when he was rather incoherent. He blocked my number from calling,& I’m sure he will delete email. I have enjoyed their products for years, but if I can’t call the business,& I have to deal with him, never again. For now, Greg made it obvious they do not want my business, or the people I know’s business. My response to their response is I want to speak to the owner. You have my number.

Love mom n pop places like this where they don't use fillers or other unnecessary ingredients. I'll update later how the supplements I bought make me feel. Atm they have buy 2 get 1 free going on. The guy running it is super nice and informative.

I have purchased several vitamins and supplements from the online store and and have visited The customer service exceeded my expectations. Maria, Gene and the Staff offer excellent customer service. They take their time to explain the products to you. The website is also very easy to navigate. Most important, my moods have improved, energy levels have increased, my stress and anxiety have decreased. The products that I have been using are: Mega VMT, Nuclear Greens, Beet Root, Blood Builder. My immune system is dangerously low. And I need to say that before I started taking these Supplements my doctor gave me the thumbs up 👍🏻 for approval. I am due for blood work in the beginning of June; I will continue the review after I receive my results.
