Amazing trip and crew!! Family of six had a wonderful time. Captain and crew was super attentive and interactive with everyone, even got in the water. Sea turtles, nurse sharks, and eels had kids all excited. Thank you to Rick, Dylan, Kate and Greg for an unforgettable afternoon. Highly recommend the afternoon catamaran 4 hr snorkel cruise!

Wonderful addition to our vacation to do a catamaran sunset cruise. The staff was excellent and very willing to share local knowledge! The rum punch was fantastic! Booking early! Worth the price!

This was my favorite part of my honeymoon! It was an amazing tour and boat ride! Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL sunset! Grant and Gregg made the boat ride fun! They are very knowledgeable and made me feel safe! I would 10/10 recommend doing this

Great job guys!!

At first, I was a bit nervous because of the weather conditions (sky was a bit dark, water looked okay though) but the crew was amazing and took great care of everyone on the catamaran.

Safety was their main priority and they all went above and beyond that everyone could make the most of it. They’ve all been very informative as well about everything in the water - and had a gread recommendation for breakfast too 🙂

Such a wonderful snorkel trip! Meg & Trish are the best! They are great at what they do & this was our most favorite part of our vacation! They are friendly, professional, pleasant, funny, and wonderful! Thank you so much Meg & Trish for creating the highlight of our trip! We saw amazing amounts and varieties of fish. Hubby & son saw turtles and a nurse shark. Coral was amazing, water was clear, everything was excellent! We used our own gear so I can't speak to that. They sell drinks on the boat. We were happy we had cash along because we wanted to tip them big!!!

I brought my son to snorkel for his birthday and we had a great experience. The captain and crew were knowledgeable and entertaining. You can tell they enjoy their work, which adds to the positive experience. The boat is spacious and easy to move about on. The locations did not disappoint. We saw beautiful reefs, tons of fish, sting rays, and a lot of sea turtles. Highly recommend if you’re planning a snorkeling experience in Key Largo!

A good website and reviews caught my attention after I searched for “catamaran snorkel Key Largo”. With 4.8 stars on Google, I had high hopes… here's how our experience went:

You arrive in parking lot with a sign out front that says Reef Roamer. There’s nothing out front telling you where to go so we walked around back to find a group of people gathered. No one appeared to be working or checking in passengers, just a group standing around waiting. We found a bathroom around the side of the building to change in because we had been road tripping prior. It was lacking soap and toilet paper, and cleanliness (appeared to not be maintained) so don't plan on have facilities to change in there if you’re traveling.

Later, at check-in time I found out the man vaping in the group where we were waiting was our co-captain (Grant). He couldn’t find our waivers we had filled out in advance, even though I had received copies in my email inbox, so we had to do it all again. When we were invited on board, we were told there were beverages on board for purchase (reasonably priced so that was nice) but that the bathroom "head" onboard was broken so if anyone needed to use the bathroom to use it quick, or go in the water. (This was about a 3.5-4 hour trip)

Our first stop was about half hour out from shore… our captains helped situate the goggles, made some jokes, but mainly they just stayed in the shade, and looked at their phones. Some of the snorkel equipment we were given access to was dried full of salt flakes like it hadn’t been rinsed from previous trip. After we explored that spot I thought we were going to another location by boat but really the boat did the Hokey Pokey and turned around to another spot nearby. Didn’t feel like a “new” location. I was disappointed with this.

On the way back to dock, we were told by Grant that their business survives on online reviews and suggested not writing a bad review, but to come to them after the boat trip was over to discuss with them if there were any issues. There was a pretty good emphasis on this and asking for tips (shortly after he pointed out his own expensive boat in the same marina) which I found tacky instead of just politely asking for a positive review. It’s almost like they knew things were sub-par and were hedging their bets against negative reviews. This rubbed me the wrong way and made me want to write this review. That and when we got off, my daughters told me that the vaping continued near them while on the boat.

All things aside, we did have fun, and saw beautiful waters, dolphins and fish, but I think if I had a do-over I would make a point to book with a snorkel company that is closer to John Pennecamp State Park.

Great crew and worth the money… my middle guy was the first one in and last one out at both sites. My youngest just did the 1 sure but loved seeing everything from the boat at the second site… tons of fish, coral reefs, a nurse shark and a sea turtle!
