Ordered a Desjardini Tang and Yellow Belly Blue Hippo Tang, unfortunately they didn’t have the yellow belly and refunded it right away. The desjardini arrived less than 24 hours after shipping and in excellent condition. Will be a return customer for sure.

I ordered a few multi angel and a few flame angel when they had a sale. One multi and one flame came in dead still in the bag. I notify them but they don't care. It is basically on you if your fish arrived dead. I posted my experience on their website but it was REMOVED. Their feedback on products cannot be trusted.

Being a first time buyer and hearing about this website. I had won my first couple of items on the auction part of the page, totaling over $1400. One of them being the elusive black tang. The fish had gotten delayed over the weekend and on top of this when they had arrived. The black tang had been sent to me with a pinched stomach, internal parasites and velvet. This fish had effectively died in 1 week after purchasing along with the other 3 fish I had purchased. As soon as I had received this I reached out to customer support and they were not fazed by this whatsoever, and did not care about the fishes well being. They had said that if it had arrived alive there is nothing more they can do. Please save your time and money. Would not recommend spending any money here.

Fish arrived yesterday and was kind of swimming on its side but it was still alive I followed reefpro acclimation process as per instructions that were shipped with the fish by this morning barbonius Anthius was dead not even 24hrs I’ve been reefing for 5 years never has a fish died so quickly my water parameters are amazing and all my other fish are still fine. Nothing aggressive in the tank at all none of the other fish even went near her when she was put in.

Got my Achilles tang from here. By far the healthiest Achilles I’ve seen for sale. I’ve received it 5/23 and it’s doing really well and getting bigger by the day.

Not really sure what all the negative reviews are. They clearly state it’s not a full quarantine procedure.

That being said, my moorish idol i acclimated to a T according to the paper received with my order. 2 hours into the tank and he’s chowing down on the nori. I was super scared with this being a moorish, and honestly I still am, but not because of the company (it’s just the fish in general)

Overall I think they did an excellent job packaging. The fish came with what I am assuming nori in the bag water. He’s doing great so far! I’d definitely purchase from here again.

Editing because they told me he was eating frozen mysis. He never did and sadly passed away yesterday.

*BUYER BEWARE*
They are looking to scam you! Do NOT buy anything online... you won't get what you think you're getting. I bought a nem that was supposed to be in the 3-4 inch range (more expensive than 1-2 inch range) and of course they send me the 1-2 inch and charged me for a 3-4 inch nem. Also, if something is wrong with your purchase, you only have 2 hours to contact them starting from the time it's delivered. To increase the chance that you miss the 2 hour window, it will be delivered several hours earlier than expected. *BUYER BEWARE*

The customer service is questionable at best. (I really hope that wasn’t the owner that just emailed me)

I’ve received fish with very apparent issues, and they are more concerned with playing defense than keeping a customer, and more importantly healthy fish. I sent clear images of the issues but no resolution suggested by this company.

Very inflexible on shipping times for some reason, probably because fish won’t last long enough to hold on to them a few more days.

Test other vendors, I’ve had way better experiences with them! If you are ok with receiving unhealthy fish, ReefPro has you covered

They even comment on this review ignoring the complaint about sick fish, and still never called me back. Weekend or not. What a joke of a company
