Awesome job. We did our first run of a shrink wrap label and the team at R.B.Dwyer did headstands to ensure a tight delivery and communication was excellent. Looking to convert some of our other products given how well things worked out.

Poor customer service. Clerk rolled her eyes and had an attitude because I needed to borrow a pen to sign paperwork. Everyone else acted like they hated their jobs. They did have me loaded in about 15 minutes, so it wasn't all negative.

The We Sleeve It branch of the company has terrible customer service, doesn't meet deadlines (EVER!), makes mistakes that cost their customers money and time, and don't care about making it right. Don't waste your time and money doing business with them.
