Shoddy service and poor communications. Very disappointing as I have had good work provided by Razorback in the past.

Follow up: I am pleased to report that Razorback reached out apologized and scheduled another appointment to fix their mistakes. They spent most of a day making the corrections at their expense. Everyone makes mistakes. Not everyone acknowledges them and does the right thing. I will definitely use and recommend Razorback after this experience.

The technician Ben was thorough and professional. I wanted him to assess my electrical system to see if it was necessary to upgrade it. He was very honest and instead of lying to me to get a sale, he discussed various options that I might have, and in the end, he advised that at this time, I do not need to upgrade my system. I felt that he was speaking in my best interest. I would not hesitate to call Razorback in the future for any electrical issues that I might have

Can’t recommend Razorback enough. The guys get on site ready to move. Updating electrical on my 1972 home. They’ve done panel work previously for me. Today we dedicated a panel for the pool pump and just cleaned everything up with that. Ran power to my dock, outlets to my fence line. That was one team. Their second team was working on recessed lights on my front porch and adding security/flood lights.

Worked with Renn and Tyler on my first emergency call and was great having them on site today. Ricky and his partner are also fantastic. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and looking to find solutions to the problems that arise when updating older homes. Looking forward to completing the projects I tacked on today as we went.
