Kerrie in parts is absolutely fantastic. She was exceedingly knowledgeable about all Ranger boat models but especially helpful when it came to questions regarding my specific boat. Building a quality boat and continuing to provide customer service is a top priority at Ranger boats. If you are in need of parts for your trailer, or boat give Kerrie in the parts department a call. She has a great personality, and clearly knows the Ranger boat models very well. Most importantly, she wants to make sure all customers are taken care of in a professional manner. In addition, I've owned many bass boats in the past. My 2013 z518 might be my favorite boat I've ever owned. I would encourage anyone who is considering a Ranger to go drive one. These boats do not disappoint.

Loved the Ranger boats prior to the BPS acquisition. Now, I see substantial differences in quality & craftsmanship that have forced me to move on to another brand. Goes to show, you can’t mass produce excellence. So sad!

So we ordered a part it was $137.00 it was for one of our customers they cut the trim to short for another piece of trim cut correctly they wanted another $137.00 and to send the messed up one back so we said once we receive our refund we would order a new part they received it on the 11th and was signed by Sam today is the 19th were still waiting on our refund and can't order customer part so we're taking a major penalty with our customer because I can't deliver on my dead line I called ranger they confirmed receiving it but informed me it will take another two weeks before we receive our refund I'm not a fan of how they do business

Bought a brand new ranger RB 200 at the end of March 2023. We have only owned the boat 4 1/2 months and it has been in the shop 4 times. Still in the shop for a major issue and may have to go back to manufacturer for the issue. Worst boat I have ever had. Do not recommend these boats. Can't even find a phone number to call headquarters.

The boats aren’t just any boats. They’re hand made by the people all around the surrounding areas of Flippin, AR. I purchased a new Ranger in early 2019, nothing but problems. Been in the shop for a total of 6 months and not a single repair done. 10 year warranty is worthless if you can't get it fixed. The local dealer claims to be waiting on approval from Ranger for repairs, but approval never comes. Ranger isn't what it used to be. Wish I had never purchased it.

My brother and I bought a new Ranger RT188 last year. It was left over from year prior. Seemed like a great deal. The boat is potentially everything we were looking for. The problem is, one issue after another with no resolution. Issues with trim adjustments not having effect on the ride, the electronics only work occasionally. Now the oiling system is malfunctioning. All fixable, just getting the run around in warranty service. Boat has spent as much time on the trailer at the dealer than it has on the lift on our dock. Irritates me making the payment but not enjoying time on the water. This is the first new boat we have bought , purchased in hopes of avoiding this kind of situation.
