I recently purchased a few furniture items at Ramos. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, I would definitely recommend asking for Mary! She greeted us as soon as we walk in and gave us our space to look around. Mary was very patient with us and went out of her way to provide answers to all the questions we had. Wow 🤩 the service at this place was incredible. Not only were the prices fair and below others. It started out with Francisco doing a great job with sales, we were offered water and he also charged our phone while we were there. After an amazing sales rep, upon pick up I was later than I was told but they gave me a 15 minute courtesy, when I got there I was greeted by two amazing women who actually put my table on the dolly rolled it out and also helped me get in the truck, and these women were no joke! Beauty, brains and muscle, this place rocks, me and my family are now family at Ramos for life, all of our furniture needs will be taken care of at Ramos in Pittsburg

We have now furnished our 2nd home from Ramos Furniture. They always take care of us and have a great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Josselyn this time and she was on top of everything and worked within our budget to get us high quality items. She walked around with us and took a mental list, remembered everything we wanted, and got us the best deal. She was on top of her game. I was always skeptical about places like this, but they have proved me wrong. Any problems they fix them and they make sure you are satisfied. Also items in stock came faster than quoted and my kids got to enjoy their rooms way before we thought. Super satisfied!!
