It was my babyshower when my Brother in law went for the balloons the staff was struggling with them when Tina stepped in and helped him even though she wasn’t on duty. So would really like to thank Tina and recommend her for great customer care and generosity to make my baby shower wonderful. If you have any appraisals or appreciations would definitely recommend her for that. Thank you

I come to this place because it has set hours, and they consistently close before their specified time. I have weird work hours and so often are they locking the door as I'm walking up to the place, they close over 10 minutes early quite often, like right now. They lock the door, & unlock it for people who are still shopping inside to leave, not allowing new ones in. Just change your hours? Why do I have to deal with employees closing down early like it's a bar, not a corporate entity with set hours?

This is my favorite Ralph's. I shop late because of work. The night stocking crew members and gentleman that is in charge of the front of the store are cool. Im greeted with a smile when i walk in... and salutations as I leave. I also think they have a great rotation of clearance items.... which is how I decide what I'm going to eat - whatever is on sale or clearance that day. I always find something good!

I want to review the drive-up staff and service. They are always exceptional and go out of their way to be accomadating. You do not find customer service like this anymore and you all deserve major kudos! Cheers to all the drive-up staff and Manager!

Large grocery chain store located in a plaza on the corner of Alta Vista St x N Rose Dr. Plenty of parking available via the shared plaza parking lot.

They have a nice variety and quality of fresh produce, meats, dry goods, and household items. Their bakery selection is pretty good!

This store is smaller than other locations and I found some of their isles to be dark. They had friendly employees though, but did not carry many holiday goods.

💡 Their coupons are now all digital via their app. We always cross-check pricing with Vons for sales.

People are nice, "pretty" store, but prices are crazy high compared to other places I shop (Stater Brother's and Walmart Superstore) . Went in for some peppermint ice cream that, according to Ralphs online site, they had in stock. Wouldn't you know it, no such luck.

I'm not sure why Shawna is a store manager. I have never experienced this kind of treatment from anyone at this Ralphs before. We have been coming here for years! She clearly hates her job and wants nothing to do with customer service. I came in today to purchase gift cards for my employees and because we have 3 entities within our company, I had to make separate purchases, the 3 credit cards with each company name as well as my name are on each card, which all match my ca DL with my picture on it, first she tells me I can only pay with cash, which is not true. I've made many gift cards purchases using my company credit card here many times over the past 15 years here at this Ralphs & I have Never been told that. I get it, I know there is fraud out there, but I have every identification she asked for then proceeds to tell me a lie about only accepting cash! Maybe Shawna needs some refresher training, or maybe its time to retire. I will never return to this store again.
