Looked everywhere for old-fashioned incandescent bulbs; someone suggested Rainsville Hardware & Supply. Couldn't believe I had never been in this store before; its's amazing how much inventory they have packed into one little building. Not only did they have the bulbs I'd look everywhere for, but the prices were great. The Owner was helpful and knew the meaning of Good Customer Service; in fact, he may have written the book! Why did I ever drive to Lowes? Give them a try!

I came here when I had a water leak in my front yard. I was directed here by a friend of mine when he rode with me and I mentioned going to ace hardware. Now, I’m no expert when it comes to plumbing, but I’ve got experience with it by doing plumbing under the house, running my own lines, etc.. Worst of all, my house was built in the 50s so the yard plumbing was something I had never seen. (It was HDPE or as I like to say the polypipe)

Went in, and the gentleman at the front took me straight to the parts that I would need. He knew exactly what the plumbing was, and I explained the situation (which was not as complicated as I made it out to be). He sat there with me brainstorming a way to fix it, and he was the one to come up with a super easy solution that saved me the inevitable headache from my awful idea.

If I ever have an issue again, and my dad or I can’t solve it, I will be going to this store to ask for their help.

This is such a cool place! Although it is small, it is packed! It always looks like they just unloaded a truck and didn't have time to put the stuff away. The man there knows where everything is and they have everything. If my husband says he went to three places and couldn't find something I always ask if he tried Rainsville Hardware. He usually says no and then we go to Rainsville Hardware and get what we need.

Great little small hardware store. Come here instead of the Rainsville Ace hardware. The gentleman who runs the store is very polite and helpful. The aisles are narrow,because so many items are in the store,,but they most likely have anything you need and will help you find it. They aren't overpriced.We got some plumbing tubing here,that even Lowe's didn't have. I highly recommend this small hometown store

Love this hardware store. Great prices and selection. Most of the time they save me a trip to Lowe's and Walmart and Home Depot and beat the prices on all of them.

I been going here for years & they're very helpful.knowledgeable.if you can't find what you need here it probably doesn't exist. Very good people to do business with.really have helped me find what I needed in plumbing & other hardware.even gave me my refund back after I'd forgotten about it.very good people here & a very good local business.I recommend this place.
