Stay away! The customer service reps for accounting and private label are very unprofessional. Once you begin ordering from the company, you can't get any responses to your emails on in stock or out-of-stock inventory, shipping or issues with your orders. Multiple emails are never returned. They change staff frequently. It is almost impossible to run your business using them as a supplier. They have shipped multiple times to the wrong address. There is no ETA on out-of-stock. They change ingredients with no notice so you have packaging and boxes that can no longer be used- a huge waste of money for any brand. They also frequently discontinue colors and never respond to quantity currently in stock so you can phase out of the color. When trying to get GMP and FDA registration documents they never even respond which damages your ability to get approval on sites such as Amazon. It leaves you to wonder how much you can trust the products, labels and formulas.

Very unprofessional company to deal with! They are extremely messy. I don’t talk bad about nothing/ anyone but my bad experience was beyond terrible. Don’t waste your time or trust this people. A lot of bad comments have a reason for! Bad for clients, you can imagine how is for workers.

Horrible company! Over heard on the phone when I called in to ask about policy and girl senice accidentally didn’t put me on hold when I was told to hold on was talking bad about their own clients I believe she said RNS beauty is freaken annoying !! I no longer have interest in this company to start my own make up line, very unprofessional !!!!!!!!
